I told Terry when I called. Of course I'm serious. I'll buy 50 tickets, as long as there's a group that can use them.
Next year I'm going to see what we can do w/ PSA in Plano...they have a few thousand kids altogether.
I've been to a minor league hockey game before that started at 11am, during the week, so that they could bus in 5000 elementary kids. Place was LOUD.
Presently I'm somewhere over Illinois or Missouri, so if someone has kids in mind, let me know and I'll call Terry back. FCA kids were great in the past. 100, 200 kids in $250 chunks..let's bring ourselves a crew guys. Our own 'bus brigade' of sorts.

Also, groups of 50 or more, tickets are $5 each. Someone find me a group of 50 kids and ill get them tix
Would be nice if we could have 3 or 4 of us band together and do the same.
Just talked to a contact with Boys and Girls Club.....we can get them the tickets. I'll coordinate with them / get it setup. Ping me.

I was told Boys / Girls Club can use them, and I'm waiting for the person who coordinates to call me back (assume out to lunch) to define how many they could use (50, 100, 150?).
Sounds like we simply purchase and let SMU know BGC will be by to pick-up prior to Friday. BGC then distributes tics throughout their system/offices to be provided to children as reward for achieving certain goals (grades, etc). They provide transportation for children.

The first thing I told them was ticket donation was contingent on everyone wearing HYB t-shirts.

Talked to Tony Johnson with the Dallas Mustangs Basketball group...they don't have a tourney this weekend except for the 17's going to Houston, so he will let me know tomorrow how many he can use...maybe 20-30 tickets.
