I would imagine the cost to comply with the ADA is a major hold up.

Blue seats should be reserved for SMU fans. Too many times this year, opposing fans were sitting in the blue seats or on the floor!

Including about 6 Santa Clara fans in the front row next to the great Paul Layne
I will not make age an issue in this campaign. I'm not going to exploit for political purposes my opponent's youth and inexperience.

Alas you cant stop SMU folk giving tix away to whoever they like. Those Santa Clara fans who were next to Paul and right in front of me were brought by an SMU grad. Don't know how they got floor seats though.

I actually like a scattering of the opposition. Makes it more fun. Gets people up and making noise. I want a game environment not the library.

Assuming those seats are purchased at an inflated price, it also shows our games are becoming more relevant.

Fair point indeed. I do find it a little frustrating when our alumni only come to games when we're playing some friends school....

Yeah but that's still better than the guys that never go.

We upgraded to blue seats for the CIT tournament across from SMU bench. IMO it was a bargain. A nice future upgrade might be to install cup holders in them.

I've thought that for the last couple of years. Cup-holders would be a really useful thing to have on those chairs. I have two left feet as it is and, coupled with my compulsion to propel myself out of my seat everytime the ref makes a terrible call, or one of the lads makes a great shot, it got quite messy.
