Last time I checked, the only game that close counts in is horseshoes. Bottom line, you either win the game or lose the game. I suppose they can pass out participation trophys for keeping the game close until the 8 minute mark.

I just meant it was entertaining enough & competitive, so why not watch it, if you can, & are an SMU fan. Never said anything about winning/losing, participation trophy's etc.

But if you had watched it you would have enjoyed it until the last 8 minutes. If you do not watch or listen and just check the final score you do not know how it got there. Seems like hoopmanx made a valid point.

I'm sorry. Games with scores in the mid-40's halfway in the 2nd half just isn't entertaining.

I thought we played them pretty tough and guys played with great energy for about 3/4 of that game; was disappointed that we folded in the end and let them blow us out...and of course we shot the ball as poorly as I ever could have imagined

When they aren't falling from the outside...attack the interior.....you can find your range much easier then! They relied much to heavily on the 3 pointer today..geez.

What a colossal mismatch in the attendance in comparison to Moody. 16,700 in Memphis compared to under 2,000 in Moody 90+% of the time.
