I hope Orsini, RGT and other SMU power brokers are watching this tournament and realize what has to be done so we aren't a laughingstock. We are SO not ready for this conference in hoops.

Just watched Cincinnati knock off Syracuse in a great game.

The BEAST is scary good and SMU is going to be swamped if change isn't in the wind! YIKES!

We need huge help in a big hurry. All one needs to do is look at any Beast playoff game to understand the enormity and urgency of the problem.

What I want to know is if we effing care enough to address this seriously or not.

I really have concerns over Orsini's ability to navigate us through this moment.

Future games with Rutgers, Providence, SDSU and SoFla have me really nervous...I have full confidence we will get a quality guy...

Panic or deserved criticism based on the history of where the BB program is?

The BB programs in The BEAST are going to feed on easy victories over the Ponies.

This is the year to make the required changes needed so SMU is not the laughing stock of America.

I heard that as a part of the Big East deal, it was agreed that at least SMU , maybe others, would play SDSU and Boise as a part of our OOC schedule in basketball. Anybody know anything about this?

They get a certain number of games vs beast teams but I haven't seen smu mentioned specifically.
