SMU is going to have to have top 25 classes just to stay up to speed with everyone else in the conference.

let's just hope that losing Louisville after this season is not going to be a devastating blow to the AAC. If everyone steps up their games, this conference should be very competitive and get our share of wins against top 25 programs

Even with Louisville we will have several top 25 teams in it. UConn, Memphis, Cincinnati, Temple, and hopefully SMU in 2 years. UConn, Memphis, Cincinnati, and Temple don't have to step up their games they just need to keep doing what they are doing. If USF, UCF, and Tulsa step up their games which is very possible the conference will be that much better. But the AAC is definitely not a woe is us conference even without Louisville.
