I wouldn't be so sure about that...if our Football program is successful and consistently wins within these next 10 years and jumps to the Big 12 or another conference, we will need to build a new house or renovate Ford heavily a la Baylor/TCU/Aggy....cause that's what everyone's doing and that won't change.
