At LB's postgame press conference, a WFAA reporter asked Brown about an on-going investigation into an SMU basketball player who had had his grades changed. Brown said that he didn't know what the reporter was talking about. Reporter told Brown to talk to SID. Brown asked reporter to give him the player's name. Reporter told Brown that now was not the time to name names.

What cshit by the reporter. You ambush the coach but don't have the balls to use a name.

Who was the reporter?

Looks like it's going viral:

Don't be shocked to hear about a grade changing scandal at SMU. WFAA reporter asked Larry Brown if he was aware of it with one of his guys

The initial question was about student athletes finding out they might not graduate, getting a grade changed, and getting into SMU...Seems like whatever story he claims to have is about a student getting grades changed while in HS and not while at SMU

Blow up his twitter. Being that disrespectful to a hall of game coach should get your [deleted] fired.

Meh. Like clockwork. This kind of thing is totally expected. Love how LB handled it.
