Kansas was in the same situation with Arther and they did not take his diploma back. And there were many more students involved than just KF.

I think it's even clearer now that this is a primarily DISD issue (and not really news...) and that Shipp is just using Keith's name and SMU's reputation to inflate the story's profile.

I guess it worked, but it's always frustrating to deal with people that have such a poorly calibrated moral compass... That's the 'real world' though. I'm too nice.

Looking forward to the USF game tomorrow night, although I may be watching it from the desk at work.

OK cool, I feel much better now. I want this all to just go away. To think, I logged on to the board Sunday night to enjoy all the posts about the Houston victory and had this crap hit me in the face. Was a real shame it over shadowed a major road win and the real issue with Keith, his ankle.

Looking forward to USF tonight, So far we have won all the games we should, take care of business tonight and then the fun can really begin.

The report may have been centered on DISD but it sure had SMU featured prominently which p$sses me off. Shipp is a hack and he obviously has issues. He has chased Keith for 3 years now and DISD along with Mike Miles as well. Sadly, all most people get out of this is that SMU has done something wrong............

Yes, you are absolutely correct. All most people get out of this that SMU has done somthing wrong. Shipp diserves to be publicly mocked but I thing the best revenge is to just ignore his sorry [deleted]. He knew what he was doing and didn't care. Just because someone is a journalist, does that mean they get a free pass on ethics and morality?
