I'm not sure what the deal is with KF's PT. LB pulled him quickly for Head. I didn't see him out of position on defense, and he didn't force anything on offense, or commit a TO. I have no clue. Hopefully someone asks LB in the post game press conference.

I am not saying shooting is everything, but whenever you do the same thing for 15 mins and continue to get beat, I feel you should change it up. I am just giving one area where we could have improved. Today just showed us the amount of wholes we have in our team.

Shoot I wish Brown would play Mudiay at point when Nic is out. Maybe he would be a good enough point guard. I think Brown uses guys he likes and gets stuck to that game plan, and sometimes doesn't adjust.

Probably too soon for us to try to play Mudiay :)

Emmanuel's brother is on the team.

I agree...
The Cincy coach even mentioned our limited outside shooting at the
1:09 mark of his post-game press conference after the Cincy game.

We are probably about a class and a half away. And that is a real class and a half.

Probably not a popular opinion but could've really used Jalen in a game like this. Anyway, we'll be okay. Learn and move on.

I didn't think about it today, but I had a similar thought during the USF game. Say what you will about Jalen, but he played with some serious energy. I definitely miss getting to watch him.

I do think that overall it's probably for the best that he is gone though. Our current team seems like a very cohesive unit now and Jalen obviously didn't quite fit.

Yeah, not trying to bring up a bad subject but I thought about it several times during today's game.

this is starting to be a trend-we have not been dominate on the boards for awhile. Probably has a lot to do with the style of Cannen Cunningham and B. Moore. We may need a bigger inside banger as much as a shooter. Hopefully Moreria can help us there. Good rebounder but again slender

We need Moreira back in a big way.

Will be interesting to see how Yanick comes back. He was putting up solid numbers although a little soft for my tastes. I think we need both a shooter and a banger. We have them in Yanick and KF. But KF is still playing hs ball in his head and again Yanick is a little soft. They are going to need to step up or get replaced.

Dominique Matthews and Justin Jamison for the shooter and banger for next year. And throw Myles Turner in there for good measure.

We needed some 3's and 2's to win this game. We missed a lot in the paint from what I saw. How many turnovers did SMU have today?

Actually a few more "1's" would have helped too. But that being said having another solid outside shooter wouldn't hurt. But I'm pretty sure LB won't be recruiting anyone in the future who only brings that one skill to the table. Hopefully KF with a year under his belt becomes a better option.

IMO opposing coaches will be quick to pick up on the fact that if they shut down NM they cause us big probs.

However, we also needed to hit the FTs and get rebounds which we didn't do against temple.
