Re: That game was the most SMU thing everLOL. no need for Xanax. Headed to Europe for 16 days starting tomorrow. Rome, London, and Paris. I would like to make use of the Slingbox for the tourney though! Hope I have a reason to watch it.
Back off Warchild seriously.
Re: That game was the most SMU thing ever
We are in the tournament you moron. Why don't you check what the experts say? You overreact to things more than anyone on this board. Calling me dude and fairy? Go pop your collar and look at yourself in the mirror. btw, how does someone from rural Hunt County become the biggest [deleted] alive? SMU-12 NCAA appearances, 1 Final Four

He turned it against UCF. His ankle was okay today. That is not what lost the game. An ankle does make to throw bad passes and get unnecessary technicals. Last edited by SMU 86 on Thu Mar 13, 2014 2:38 pm, edited 1 time in total.

Re: That game was the most SMU thing everNo need. I know you and who you are. I'm from Greenville. Don't really care to be friends.

Re: That game was the most SMU thing everunfortunately a repeat of history. We need to learn how to win and someone needs to be a leader. Disappointed in Russell not to show Senior leadership down the stretch. We just fell apart. Nic doesnt know how to lead yet. Awesome player obviously.
Re: That game was the most SMU thing everDidn't say we had to be friends. If you know who I am (and where I'm from) then going the "collar popping [deleted]" route was a bit of a wrong turn.

Re: That game was the most SMU thing ever
I remember, after the epic collapse of the Mavericks, in 2006, when the Mavs just seemingly laid down after the first game...My bother in-law bought two Dallas Mavericks' Finals hats. Must have been on sale. Wore them around for years. Washed them regularly. He was real serious about those hats. "Hey...we made it...should be happy..." He was right...but I wanted to knock those hats off his head for years... I get both angles. I am disgustingly elated...seriously. Good days ahead.
Re: That game was the most SMU thing everHey - please note those of you out on the ledge (talking to you SMT) - two of our three loses at the end of the year were to the defending national champion who beat us with 57% three point shooting (40% is high) - and Memphis at their place where they have lost almost never. yes we should have won today - and Nic sprung a gasket and needs an extra shot of maturity - so that was really disappointing - but thinking the last three games makes our season a disaster is just inane. You would be waaaaay better just keeping silent instead of being so drama-ish.
Re: That game was the most SMU thing everThis is very SMU...I go across the street to Rum Boogie for a snack and some mind numbing and look up to see this:

Re: That game was the most SMU thing ever
What does that even mean? QB?
Re: That game was the most SMU thing ever
How about basketball 1999-2000? Started 20-5, lose last 2 regular season games, lose 1st round of WAC tourney, lose 1st round of NIT.
Re: That game was the most SMU thing ever
It means they typed Q instead of R. And celebs sign guitars here for some reason.
Re: That game was the most SMU thing ever
Was that the year the team and the cheerleaders/Pom squad had an orgy up in Tulsa? Peruna is my mascot!
