Let's come out with the full court press on and take advantage of our athleticism.

If they push the ball like we did against Rhode Island this game will be a huge joke. It probably will be either way but that center cannot move at all

They seem to play a lot of zone. If our outside shots are falling we could do well.

All depends on whether we actually show up at all. Do they turn this in to something positive or sulk and mail it in?

Here's UC-Irvine's Mamadou Ndiaye (7'6") and Denver's Charles Webb (5'4" — and no, not the son of Spud Webb) — the tallest and shortest players in the NCAA this year:

Got the picture from Webb's college roommate, who works in the SMU athletic department.

This is what it would look like (pic of Mamadou Ndiaye with 5'8" Oregon PG): http://thebiglead.com/2013/12/18/uc-irv ... than-loyd/

And here is an LA Times article about Ndiaye: http://www.latimes.com/sports/college/b ... z2qLiFWb3P

UCI lost 11 games this year - Fresno, Pacific, Boston U, California, Pepperdine, Oregon,

Arizona State, U of Hawaii, UC Santa Barbara, Cal State Northridge, and Cal Poly.

Worst loss was to U of Oregon 91-63. Best win U of Washington 86-72.

Most of their wins came against teams in the California State system. They won 23 games
so they might give us a tussle but we should beat them
