Re: UC-Irvine at a glanceLet's come out with the full court press on and take advantage of our athleticism.
Re: UC-Irvine at a glanceIf they push the ball like we did against Rhode Island this game will be a huge joke. It probably will be either way but that center cannot move at all

Re: UC-Irvine at a glanceThey seem to play a lot of zone. If our outside shots are falling we could do well.

Re: UC-Irvine at a glancedear lord we need to absolutely crush this team. They are awful.
Re: UC-Irvine at a glanceAll depends on whether we actually show up at all. Do they turn this in to something positive or sulk and mail it in?
Re: UC-Irvine at a glanceHere's UC-Irvine's Mamadou Ndiaye (7'6") and Denver's Charles Webb (5'4" — and no, not the son of Spud Webb) — the tallest and shortest players in the NCAA this year:

Bingo. Gotta come to play. ![]()
Re: UC-Irvine at a glanceUCI lost 11 games this year - Fresno, Pacific, Boston U, California, Pepperdine, Oregon,
Arizona State, U of Hawaii, UC Santa Barbara, Cal State Northridge, and Cal Poly. Worst loss was to U of Oregon 91-63. Best win U of Washington 86-72. Most of their wins came against teams in the California State system. They won 23 games so they might give us a tussle but we should beat them
