Hart doesn't have much to do with anything.
hart is a quality AD. We could do a lot worse. Very accessible too.

The OOC schedule is usually set by the Director of Basketball Operations under the direction of the Head Coach. Works that way everywhere

Most are. 2K is on sale and what not. They're usually on sale about this time every year.
