Re: General Admission or reserved seating vs LSU?
It's apparently an NIT thing, not SMU
Re: General Admission or reserved seating vs LSU?

Wow. Will definitely sell out. Still 4+ days to go 2005 PonyFans.com Rookie of the Year Award Recipient
Re: General Admission or reserved seating vs LSU?Anyone with purple/yellow on should be moved to the side for additional inspection while anyone with mustang colors or gear are rushed through.................
Re: General Admission or reserved seating vs LSU?
I thought the rule was they had to make tickets available to the general public, but I don't think it requires seating to be GA. I think it's just the easy way out. They give examples of other schools doing it, but none of them have anything close to a full arena. If we get over 6k sold it is not going to work very well. Shake It Off Moody
Re: General Admission or reserved seating vs LSU?I just bought 4 tics...we need to encourage all SMU fans to buy tics ASAP and get there really early. LSU will come in force.

Re: General Admission or reserved seating vs LSU?Up your donations, so you don't have to deal with this next year. Morgan campaign donations need to be in before April for consideration for next season. PM me if you're interested in making a donation.

Re: General Admission or reserved seating vs LSU?I've heard a ton of people are picking up tix at the box office right now. Get your tix now if you haven't. We are headed for a sure sellout
Re: General Admission or reserved seating vs LSU?
Hopefully next year, we aren't playing in the NIT................ Peruna is my mascot!
Re: General Admission or reserved seating vs LSU?I like the GA in the sense that it concentrates the crowd, creating a better atmosphere. Say we have 500-1000 empty seats for the LSU game (it's "late" on a monday night), i'd rather have everyone packed in towards the middle
Re: General Admission or reserved seating vs LSU?
If it's not one thing, it's another. There will be another reason next year why it will be better to be down low. "This is . . . dedication to distraction by fans. Is that what I'm going to go with Jay?"

Re: General Admission or reserved seating vs LSU?And hey, we're suffering down low too. The ticket office wouldn't let me renew my 1st floor Moody Garage parking. I mean, c'mon. I have to park with everyone else? Geez.
