Yanick Continues to Complain on Social Media

Like Couchem says they are probably trying to get him to leave so they can get someone else. It happens.

I would be very surprised by that unless there were certain "guarantees" given. To run off Yanick to get someone like Myles Turner (I have no idea) is pretty stupid IMHO.

He has every right to complain. Not playing him is [deleted]. If we won't play him, he should go somewhere else and it will be our loss. This is someone's livelihood we're talking about. It's nothing to joke around about. LB is doing a lot of things right. Here, he's very wrong.

We may disagree on playing time, but to distract the team during playoffs is the wrong way. This comes from a guy that spent the NCAA soccer playoffs on the bench after playing 100% of the regular season games while at SMU.

Yanick is a good player, but not the first to be thrown off-track by a mid-season injury, whether it be mentally, physically, or something harder to pin down. This is a deep team with well-documented issues with roster management. Is Larry Brown infallible? No, but I'm just gonna trust his judgment for now. I have no idea what's going on behind the scenes. I do know that, unless Yanick has already decided to transfer, any social media "venting" is probably ill-advised.

I'm hoping this is just a bit of pent up frustration that will blow over.

Dude has had a helluva journey that very few of us could even contemplate. Coming from Africa, becoming the #1 JUCO player, suffering a suck [deleted] injury, working his [deleted] off to get back in to play, by all practice report accounts he is moving well and playing well. Clearly, we need his defense and rebounding. BUT he's not playing. So, yes, he should get selfish and has every right to be [deleted].

You don't think the guys on the team are noticing. Not good for team unity. Your kidding yourself if you don't think it's a distraction for both the players and the coaching staff.

Wow, that's a pretty telling twitter post by Ulric. Oh boy. This doesn't seem good to be airing it all out over social media (unless someone important is watching that needs to know).

Weight room will not help if LB has decided to run him off. It happens at most programs. I think JFrog even vented a bit. This probably will not be the last time it happens with a player here. I wish him well wherever he goes.
