After the first round I think it's safe to say that all of the Big Boy conferences except the SEC had too many bids given them. The SEC looks pretty good with all three teams still in and four wins between them. Let's hope that show of strength doesn't extend to the NIT. The A-10 could have done with a couple less bids as well. In retrospect Robert Morris, Belmont and UC Irvine (and of course SMU) would have made for better and more interesting games than Colorado, Nebraska, NC State, Iowa and, ummmmmmm...Duke

Pulling hard for UConn. That Memphis - UVA game is going to be interesting. I think UVA is smarter/better coached but don't have the guard athleticism. Going to be fun to watch.

I don't know if they are any smarter but Bennett is a good coach. Should be a good game.

No, I meant "good for them" in that they're not just cheering for themselves, but calling attention to the conference as a whole. That's awesome for all of us, obviously. So "good for them" for doing it.

If Memphis can pull off an upset against UVA and Iowa State takes care of business vs UNC.. The ACC will be Shut out of sweet 16. 0-6
We will have 75% of our teams in. Sweet revenge
