Manuel won't be on the team next year. We cannot have players who don't play make poor decisions in crunch time.

I really hope you're wrong. And thankfully I'm pretty sure you are.

What does your last sentence even mean? How does a player who does not play make a poor decision in crunch time?

Here's my only question for LB et all, Crandall???? Can someone explain his minutes? Bueller?

He didn't do anything particularly boneheaded, just curious as to why he got a good 5 minute chunk ahead of kf or more Manuel

One of the things I noticed at crunch time last night was alot of confusion on the part of a few of our younger guys. They just didn't seem to know what to do or where to go more than once or twice in the waning moments. I don't think that's on LB and I'm sure it drove him nuts.

As for blowing that 3 on 2 at a critical time with Ryan's charging call again that's on the players.

There has been some discussion about pulling the ball back out vs attacking on that 3 on 2 but with 5-plus minutes left and that lead I can't see any good reason to pull it back out. Heck, they came back from seven down in about 60 seconds.

Our bench did not play up to their capabilites in either MSG game....not even close.

Shawn and Nick Russell played about like Shawn and Nick usually play except for the fact that Shawn's second half D against that Clemson stud was a huge factor in getting the W.

I have no clue why he went with Yanick and/or Crandall. It was clear BEFORE MSG that Yanick wasn't going to be much help. (Not that he can't be next year.)

Nobody was in any real foul trouble so I'm confused as to why Crandall got the call.

I'm sure Head played for defensive reasons. They were hurting us with their perimeter shooting. Yannick was such a huge disappointment after his injury-the guy was just lost out there most of the time and a turnover machine.
