I don't understand why people are finding this so hard to believe. Quite honestly, might be in his best interest to move on if he can't get solid minutes this fall. The team was not deep at his position last year and he struggled for minutes. It's only going to get harder as the talent is upgraded.

True but he will be sitting out a year. Meaning the next year he could play is the same year we would have 8 to 9 new additions. If he leaves he will be in a starting lineup just as soon as if he does not.

Plus, if he stays, he doesn't have to move his family. KF has a kid which is a huge reason why he decided to come to SMU in the first place.

i hope for his sake and ours he doesn't do it. would make him look like he was running from the challenge. he needs to hit the weights and books this summer and come out with a vengeance next year. we all know he can dominate.
