This. Edit out the black and white footage of Shawn and Nick and thrown in some video of a few of the other guys, maybe update some of the music and live game footage used after the "Coming Home" part, and done. Give the people what they want. Also, with all due respect to the band, we need to use more recorded music and less old-timey band stuff. The Mob is noticeably more active when they play some Dr. Dre, Seven Nation Army, Jump Around, etc. during timeouts. I thought the production was better in the 2nd half of the Wyo game, but they still have a ways to go compared to last year.

Which is funny because a few years ago they were the only ones in the entire arena with any energy... it was their one redeeming quality.

Is it possible to have the band play Seven Nation Army? It's not like the original is a crazy computerized song or something, it's a drumset, a bass, and a guitar.

The band killed what was a pretty good arena again with their dance, but fortunately there were only two minutes left and the game was already in hand.

This^^^ Not hard to fix intro. And hate to say, the band has gotten to the point of almost being annoying at times.

Yep, I used to be grateful for them during the basketball games. Now I can freely dislike them just as much as I do during football games.

Seems like between extra MC donations and tickets, the band seats could bring in some much needed revenue

Even if it is, I don't want to hear it. It won't have the same impact. The baseline and the loudness of 7 naitons is what makes it a hit. They have significantly toned down the volume in moody this year, I don't even know if they changed to worse speakers or something, but it doesn't play as intensely. You can hear them have to turn it up a little after they start the song, but it still doesn't play with that reverberating baseline that it should.

Agree. It's baffling to say the least.

Don't be rude. For years the band has been effectively the ONLY student participation at sports events. If you have a beef don't trash the band. Send a message to the director with your feedback.

We need a complete overhaul of our game presentation. The find Peruna bit is just embarrasing, as is the shooting contest with people who can barely hit the side of a barn (screen contestants please). Thank goodness we don't have the mini Mustang cheerleaders.

one of the competitions last game was wayyyy eaiser. IDK if they heard your guy's complaints or what. The kid had like 10 seconds to run down the court and make a layup. He made it and got $150 bucks.
