you guys are tough. He missed a few tip ins and layups. Lebron has terrible nights too. Not saying he is NBA but he is good, Europe for sure.

I liked 24, and 44 was a better big man defensively than Big Al was

That's because he fouled out.

Think he meant their first run when he was off the floor due to having 4 fouls

Yep. Guess it was to protect him since had 4 fouls, but point was it seemed like their team played better with him on the bench at the end of regulation.

24 was their best player. He did it all. Wish we had him.

Based on one game, I'd say he is useful but not a game changer. Yanick took him out of the paint pretty easily.

LB thinks he is a good player. I trust LB's assessment more than 1 game's worth of performance where smu keyed on him defensively and he got into foul trouble.

Just watched the broadcast of our game. Lappas said there were 12 NBA scouts watching Williams and Moreira tonight at Moody.

I believe our defense did a great job on him. He had a bad game, but part of that
was because of YM and CC and BM. Foul trouble also hindered his game.

In the 7 games prior to us he was averaging 19 pts and 13 rebounds per game.

It has been great to handle two very good players in Big Al & Larry Nance. They will
normally get their points. Again - I think our defense is improving with each game
and if Markus comes back our defense might be even better than it was last year.

Guy had 22/13 against Kansas which is a pretty good game. Give a lot of credit to Yanick for his d on this one.

What impressed me about 24 was how many fouls he drew. He was their best player, and we couldn't help but put him on the line

Alan outplayed 5 Star Cliff Alexander when they tipped off against KU.

Guy is an absolute stud and will be playing professionally for years to come. If you're going to base your thoughts off of one game, I'd urge you to watch him again.

Also HUGE PROPS to Yanick/Cannen for bothering Alan all night. Guy never was comfortable.

Congrats guys... As coach williams said, best job anyone has done on Al in pretty much four years. Credit ya nick, but also your guards, ours missed a lot of pick and roll passes we usually take. You did a good job on Green too. We have enough weapons we managed to compete (and yeah, you should have fouled at the end(I'm sure LB won't let them forget that).

Bryson stepped up... Someone usually does, that's why the only loss that wasn't within a bucket at the end of regulation was Kansas.

Good luck the rest of the way, our RPI will need it.
