There are a few "bad seats." 214A and 209A next to the wall separating sections 213 and 211. For a game like UConn, one wouldn't mind sitting there but I believe you have a severely obstructed view of the court.

There are only a few truly obstructed view seats and I don't believe they are for sale ever.
