We are the best team in the conference when at full strength. And that is true even now with KF out. No one can match are inside game and we have the best PG in the conference. We only beat our selves only time we might of had a talent difficiancy was against gonzaga.

Cincinnati's bigs beat our bigs both times we played them. We don't match up well against them. But it should be an absolutely terrific game against Temple. Go Mustangs.

one of the difficult things to believe about Temple is that they are 338th in Country in Shooting %. And its not like they are a good 3 point shooting team either. They are 279th in 3 Point %. Will Cummings -their "star" hits on only .179% of his 3s-that's less than Emelogu and his "torrid" .269%. . Tells me we really need to hit the boards and especially Sterling and Ben getting the loose balls on the Court. Temple is 35th in Rebounding. Yet SMU torched them on the boards in Philly 33-23

How do we best match up with them? I suspect that RM will be on Cummings, but how else do we handle them?

Like most teams in our conference, Temple is guard heavy - their top three scorers are guards. Jesse Morgan, the UMass transfer, has probably been their most consistent player. He shoots about eight 3s a game, making three. He is automatic from the line (88%). DeCosey is another guard who shoots the three well (38%). My guess is Nic will guard Cummings and Ryan will be on Morgan.

if they are the best team in our conference they should be ranked ahead of us.
we beat them there and we are going to beat them here.
cummings "their best player" is about to see what a beat down is.

any team with good guards can get hot from 3 point range and beat us; every remaining game on the schedule will be tough

why is everyone suddenly attributing our defensive success to Jank (not that that is a bad thing, its actually great)? LB is the one who has always preached defense.

LB gave Jank credit in the UConn post-game press conference for coming up with the defense to counter UConn's small lineup they rolled out a few games earlier.

No multiple times-Janks has been sent to scout opposing teams to prepare game plans for big games. I've read the same thing on multiple occasions on various SMU boards. On several other occasions its been reported he has run SMU practices when Brown is recruiting. He deserve credit-SMU is usually very well prepared
