LB can coach practice up until the first game, after which he can not coach games or practice. The ninth game of the season is Dec. 7 — he can return Dec. 18.

While LB is suspended, victories and losses will count on Jank's career record, not LB's.

And we will have home court advantage in 8 of those 9 Jank games with the exception of @Stanford game.

7 games at Moody and one at Moody West.

Is Larry even allowed to be in the building at those games?

No, he can have no contact with the program or recruits in any way.

He could probably use a month off.

Wonder if he can attend non-SMU games (for instance UCONN, Cincy, Gonzaga, etc...)

I doubt it-scouting in part of coaching job plus as the Baylor assistant recently found out while visiting OU/Tulsa game there are restrictions on scouting too

I sure hope he is allowed to watch Netflix after the NCAA uninstalls his sports package on Direct TV and tears down his sat dish so he can't watch any basketball.

Would be unfortunate if he can't take the time to catch up on House of Cards..

I am sure that the NCAA will be monitoring his house, just to be sure he doesn't secretly watch Blue Chips or Glory Road during the 9 game suspension.
