That shirt is EXACTLY how I feel. Goes for the other thread too. Do they make a "The Mustangs are why I became an alcoholic" tshirt for later in life?

They did this to Kansas last year too...

We're sort of in a weird spot where we have a ton of history, but we're not exactly a blue blood, but we're not exactly a nobody. I think our fanbase is pretty divided over storming the court. Will Cummings said on Twitter he wasn't a big fan of it today. I didn't have a problem with it. I stormed the court 5 times when I was a student at Temple, and it was a great experience.

We went through the court storming debate a couple of years ago. I'm impressed that a school with the history of Temple stormed the court after beat us. I think that says something about how far we've come.

I think people getting up in arms about it is a little annoying, although Saint Mary's storming the court after being favored to beat Gonzaga was a bit much IMO. There are some who think it should only be a top 5 team, and you can't have a certain level of success historically. We don't really get the respect you'd think a team top 5 all time in wins would get, so I don't really care about it bothering people.

We've now beaten a top 10 team in 7 out of the last 8 years, and we will celebrate that.

I had no issue with it. The fans that were there deserved it after braving the storm to get there.

You can see JHG on the court storming. He is fourth from the left.

It is hard to beat a team who is hitting 3s at the pase Temple was. Anybody shoots like that is probably going to win a game. I feel bad for our guys but we just got Temple on a weird night. We were missing and they were hitting. It is still a great year. I think we are the only top 10 team with only one loss...and we are still the team to beat in the AAC.
