Nope but be careful what you wish for. This team is already awfully thin.

^yes, heard the same. His dad is involved as well. They were big LB fans and think he is a one and done type. Obviously that ain't happening now.

Right now I'd say his shot at the NBA is 1 in a Million. This is ridiculous if they think he is a legitimate NBA prospect at any position. I mean even Jon Koncak who improved more than just about any player ever still averaged 10 ppg as a freshman

After fourteen years of posting on this site you really think I'm asking that as a serious question?

Does anybody really think that this kid who came in Fat and Chubby deserves more playing time?

I'm not going to criticize Jank when this kid did not show the self discipline to show up in shape. Who exactly is going to jump on this kid based on the video from the first 10 games?

In all of this that made me laugh. I would think JUCO or Grad-Transfer has to be the route, because even if you like a kid thats still uncommitted don't want 3 frosh bigs. Could take a really good mid-year..and get him mid-season next year.

Just pray we can hold onto Semi after this season.

Stallion Sed Barefield got to Utah after not even playing, Froling will have plenty of Suitors based on his potential and HS tape/ranking.

Agreed....and while he was virtually guaranteed to be a starter here next year, that may not be the case elsewhere

Think about all the [deleted] that Semi has seen happen at SMU since he transferred here:

1. Notice of Infractions
2. Keith academically ineligible
3. UCLA goaltending catastrophe
4. Crippling NCAA sanctions, ineligible for tourney
5. Sed transfers
6. Keith transfers
7. APR concerns
8. Larry abruptly resigns
9. Froling transfers

Did I miss anything? He's gotta be thinking screw this place, I'll go get my master's at Stanford or Vandy or somewhere like that and get away from this trainwreck next year

Lets hope that he isn't thinking that and likes being the face of the program here and is comfortable here...

If we don't make the Tourney I would think his transferring would be more likely.

Lets get this back to Froling and how we are going to replace him this year and going forward.

Harry thinks he's a really special snowflake. Wow.
I guess it's not just the AAU kids who have unrealistic expectations.

This year: I think you'll see Sterling and/or Jarrey defending the "4" because we cant have Ben and Semi on the floor 40 minutes each night. God help us when the bigs get in foul trouble

Next year: grad transfer or JUCO big is a necessity
