Locations: Northeastern Maryland, northern Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey.
Accumulations: Snow accumulation of 4 to 6 inches.
Hazard types: Sleet and heavy snow.
Timing: Rain will overspread the area between midnight and 3 AM Thursday and change to sleet and then snow from northwest to southeast by dawn Thursday. The snow should be heavy at times Thursday morning before tapering off from west to east through early afternoon.
