I assume rush...hardly saw any girls there last night. Student section was all guys. Booo Panelinic (sp?)
Girls aren't allowed to do literally anything during rush week. By comparison, all the guys rushing and the frats had to go to the game. Hence the sausage fest. School isn't even back in session yet guys. Class doesn't start til Friday and I'm sure most people won't even bother showing up for syllabus day since they have Monday off (what a stupid schedule). I'm a lot more curious to see what the student section is like when hundreds of guys are not required to go and school is back in session

I think student attendance will still be solid. There's a buzz about the team and only about 750 seats allotted for 7,000 undergrads...

There was no IFC requirement to go to the game because of ticketing being different this season. So no one was forced to go to the game.
Ushers don't know what they are doing. The whole concept of the mob might crumble on the fact that you are supposed to be paying 50 dollars to be able to be in that section, but it just ends up getting filled with a bunch of random kids that didn't pay the 50. So you are paying 50 for a t shirt.....

Do members of The Mob get special tickets? I know they're supposed to be seated in that center section, but do they have special tickets that indicate this when they come in?

We are the only ones who get tickets in 112, the special section. However, because of its location and where the ushers are located, they can't enforce who actually goes into the section. This=A bunch of pissed off mob members getting squeezed in with randos, or being forced to move to another section.

Sounds like that should be addressed. Would be a shame for that group to fall apart because of enforcement by the staff.

Have you sent an email to Hart or anyone in the AD about this? If not, I really would implore you to. I love the idea of the mob and would hate to see one of the few smart things we've done for the students in years crumble.... That's a shame.....

My favorite part of this game (my first game at the new and improved Moody): 1. FT shooting = blew 2. 3 pt shooting = blew harder
yet, we still won convincingly AND those issues are correctable for the long term.
Love the look, feel, and energy (and beer) of the new Moody too! See everyone on Sunday for Hofstra.

Sounds like good experience for buying tickets in 104 at Ford.
