Our tallest guy is not playing when they have a guy who's 7'6" and killing us. (I like Cannen in short bursts but I think I run faster than that guy). Our guys aren't taking the 10-15 footers when wide open. Perimeter D continues to be our achilles heel. SMU NEVER wins when we REALLY need to. At least not in the past 25 years I've been following. Never. Not once. History just repeating itself. I hope I'm eating my words in about an hour from now but I wouldn't bet on it. Freakin' pissed off!!

The big guy is killing us in ways not obvious. We aren't a good 3 pt shooting team. That play in previous possession is perfect example. Usually, we'd score that right in the paint but had to kick it out and Sterling missed the 3 pter. Has happened at least 6 possessions already.
