Who do you propose carries it? Moreira? Russell? Brown? He's the best player on the team and it's not even close.

Also. This was the toughest team we played.

Missed too many inside shots early. Moreira had a rough one. The stupid forced passes were killer, especially the Russell turnovers. We seemed like we never settled down which is partly on Cinci, but still had more jitters in offense than I thought we would.

The 2nd half was a slow death.

i think we learned some things -
1) yannick and russel were really soft. That has to change. We don't have enough guards for Nick to play that way.
2) don't get the williams love affair
3) Ryan needs to get stronger with the ball
4) they need to work some scrapes for Shark - he has to be a scorer for us to stay with their league.
5) Cinn has never shot that high on their FT's. Ever. Normal percentage and this is a 1-2 pt game.

I have written the same post for what seems every game.

Nick Russell - 2-8 shooting, 3 TOs... not sure how many minutes but at least upper 20s... we must not have anyone better

Kennedy is right there. Moore and Frazier are the only jump shooters on the squad. It's a real issue. That said, the AAC doesn't have much in the post and few are a physical as Cincy. Need another shooter/scorer from the perimeter in 14

held them to 36% from field and outrebounded them 2 damn-just careless with the ball. There are some positives to this game

Cincinnati's experience showed in the 2nd half. Also, SMU looked like a team that's only played 2 games in the last 3 1/2 weeks.

Our starting line does not have very much offensive punch. Frazier gave us a bit if a spark off the bench offensively but while we have good defense our offense needs more outside shooters imo.

It's disappointing but with Ben, Nic, Kennedy and KF all freshmen or soph, our best days are ahead.

Nic Moore has to shoulder the scoring load, by far the best shooter on the team. There's a fine line he's going to have to walk with being a PG and facilitator but this team needs it.

it's possible cause we started a soft line up w no offense. No understanding of Larry giving that crew the nod.

At this point, I'm starting to wonder if Williams has dirt on SMU because there is no explanation for him starting, ever. Anyone with two eyes can see that there's at least two forwards on the bench that are better than him. He's a lame duck, undersized, doesn't produce, and is averaging 4.3 PPG with 2.8 RPG. I'll give up defense to get more production. 55 points offensively will not win many games at the collegiate level.

I'm really having a tough time seeing what Brown does in a few of the guys. And early I thought they needed a quality big in this class, I'm now for bringing a slashing guard with some hop in his step. Someone that can get his shot off when he wants it, SMU was lacking in the half-court pretty badly tonight. No outside shooting either.

Cincinnati is a really good team in my view. Jackson was a force. they have inside and outside and great D. they will knock off Conn or Louisville - maybe split those games.
