2015 Bracketology ThreadModerators: PonyPride, SmooPower Re: 2015 Bracketology ThreadOU has Thomas and the only big man I've seen routinely whip MK (a little bit longer and that gives MK fits).
Re: 2015 Bracketology ThreadThe AAc has 3 teams in, but 2 of them are in the "last 8 byes." He has Tulsa as the third team out

Re: 2015 Bracketology ThreadThe Big East having six is ridiculous.
SMU-12 NCAA appearances, 1 Final Four
2014-15 & 2016-17 AAC Men's Basketball Champs
Re: 2015 Bracketology Thread
Big east is pretty good this year, honestly AAC probably only deserves 3 this year maybe 4.
Re: 2015 Bracketology Threadnot so sure the big east is that strong at all this year. Hope we get a chance to take a couple of them out.
Re: 2015 Bracketology Thread
I agree. Nova has been en fuego during Conference Play. I'm shocked they aren't getting talked about as a #1 seed. "smupony94: Harry, you have been promoted to purveyor of official status capabilities."

6 seed in Jacksonville vs. Dayton. NEXT UP BAYLOR! "smupony94: Harry, you have been promoted to purveyor of official status capabilities."
Re: 2015 Bracketology ThreadThat would be absolutely perfect.
Re: 2015 Bracketology Thread6 is better than five, you go up the 2/3 side of the bracket instead of the 1/4.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna
Re: 2015 Bracketology ThreadYeah, 6 or 3 way better than 4/5. Let's do it.
Re: 2015 Bracketology Thread
Jacksonville isn't a place I'd heard of before as a site for NCAA games. Here's where they'll be playing: http://jaxevents.com/venues/veterans-memorial-arena/
Re: 2015 Bracketology Thread
All about 3 ways.
Re: 2015 Bracketology Thread
You cannot say that as a blanket statement. Depends on the year and how large of a drop off there is from 1 to 2/3 and 3 to 4. At the six, if form held other than your games you have to play 3, 2 and 1. At the five, if form held other than your games you have to play 4, 1 and 2. To make the unqualified statement that 6 is a better spot than 5 you are saying that the 4 seed is a tougher opponent than the 3 seed.
Re: 2015 Bracketology Threadinteresting to review RPI list and Lunardi's SMU page. Kind of reassuring that some of us that thought that Texas Southern, Wyoming, Santa Barbara and Eastern Washington looked like pretty darn good, well coached teams were not delusional. Gonzaga playing to full potential and Arkansas No. 2 in SEC. Kind of puts a little different complexion on all the concern in non-conference play considering we didn't have Markus and Sterling was on bench. SMU non-conference opponent's RPI is No. 12-schedule really helped us-not hurt us but that wasn't real clear at the time
