Dia with a dunk to tie it! Although the previous possession he missed an easy lay in, got his own board and had his made shot waved off bc he stepped on the baseline.

32 to 30 UH at half.
Aside from having a turnover party it sounds like we are playing a pretty good game.

Faye with a monster 1st half on the boards, but our low post guys still turn it over too much. The 11 TO's are killing us

need McCoy to pick it up in the 2nd half...only 1 for 6 shooting on your home court won't get it done.

only 8 assists vs 15 turnovers
low post guys have 1 assist and 8 turnovers
that's the difference in this game and has been a big part of our problem all season. Have to learn to take care of the ball

Just checked the tracker. 17 turnovers. Is there ever going to be a game where they can at least attempt to secure the ball? Ridiculous.

We are First in C-USA in TOs and Last in Assists...
Tonight is typical of every game this season.
Very frustrating to listen to / watch.

And that's why you get 7-15 and 1-7 or whatever the record is.

The game at Rice was especially bad in that regard. I know because I was there and suffered through that terrible ordeal. Our big guys seem to fumble and give away the ball on every possession.

Turnovers and 12 minute run in the second half without a field goal. The wheels came off.

Our "bigs" definitely have a problem with the ball in their hands. Virtually all of them have anywhere from a 1:2 up to as bad as a 1:4 assist:turnover ratio. Obviously you'd love to see that closer to a 1:1 and have your guards at 2:1 or better, but it's a team effort to handle the ball as poorly as we do.
Just checked the season stats and Malone is the only "big" at 1:1 but he has played sparingly with only 9 assists vs 9 turnovers.
