Re: Guess the date SMU fires Doh...Just answer the question.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

Selective reading comprehension more likely. Go back and read my posts and see if you can figure it out. Thanks. SMU's first president, Robert S. Tell Leigh Steinberg hello for me.
Re: Guess the date SMU fires Doh...Unfortunately if the big money basketball boosters want to keep Doh even if the AD wants to fire him then they will force the AD to keep him.

Guess the date SMU fires Doh...My money is on the need to find the right replacement. I've seen enough of the big money donors watching games and hanging in the Hall of Champions to suspect that they'd be ok with paying off Doh if the right guy is in the wings.

Re: Guess the date SMU fires Doh...Travis, Travis, Travis...when are you going to answer my question? Don't ask me to ask it again. I've already asked it twice. Read my previous posts in this thread for the question. Thanks.

Jeez Travis...I'm sorry, I didn't think asking you to read my previous posts would be such a chore. Here it is: You haven't answered the one real question. Why should we continue to keep Doh as our head basketball coach? Lay it out for us. SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. Re: Guess the date SMU fires Doh...Sorry Cox...I really want to hear his answer...even though I doubt he will give one.

Re: Guess the date SMU fires Doh...back to the topic at hand. Firing doh tomorrow would not be soon enough.
IMO the guy simply can't coach. Impresses people at the cocktail parties but when it comes to Xs and Os he doesn't get the job done. GO PONEIS!!!
Re: Guess the date SMU fires Doh...hey doh- we'll all chip in for the bus fare if you will take 'bickle the pickle' with you. After, he is probably kin.
GO PONIES!!!
Re: Guess the date SMU fires Doh...Does saying Yeah count as a post?
Re: Guess the date SMU fires Doh...Wow, it sure does.
Re: Guess the date SMU fires Doh...
Travis...you really disappointed me, but to be honestly I really didn't expect an answer because there are no reasons he should continue to be the SMU head basketball coach. I'm with you...sort of. He should leave and go do something else somewhere else, but he has already gotten more money out of SMU than he should have...so resign and just leave. Why don't you do him and us a favor and whisper in his ear "it's time to move on." Thanks. SMU's first president, Robert S.
