After years and years and years of futility, sinking further and further into oblivion, I don't see Johnson as someone who could have enacted the culture change necessary to get us to this point. A very damn few coaches bring that skill to the table.

the 'culture change' happened b/c of the money/CoC, not b/c of who was hired. When you spend that type of coin, the writing is on the wall ie culture change. JJ hasn't moved mountains, he's just complained when he needed or wanted things, sometimes via his agent in public. Stay classy Junesus
