Good defense again tonight to hold Rice to 20% shooting on their home court. Pretty good 3 pt shooting tonight by SMU tonight for a change. Good to see Jalen hitting a couple of treys. Good job on the boards; Cannen was outstanding

I figured we needed to win 3 of these next 4 games to have any shot at a winning season and to get a post season invite...hopefully the guys can get a little momentum from this game. Tulane will be a tougher place to play

Win three of those 6 and a 1st round CUSA tourney game and we finish 17-16. My guess is that with Larry Brown as our head coach, that gets SMU into a post season tourney, assuming the CIT still exists
