I wish they would get rid of the double bonus, or at least start it at 12 fouls. The one-and-one is one of the great things about college bball.

Btw, LAXER, I would put a shot clock in lacrosse too.


They added one last season. Once a team has stalled their possession, an invisible thirty second shot clock starts. It sped up the game dramatically and increased scoring. I loved it as a player, coach and spectator.

Temple was able to pull the upset against Larry Brown's Mustangs, proving that players have ups and downs, even when coached by Hall of Famers. The Mustangs allow 20.0 points per game in the paint -- the fewest of any major conference team -- and outscore opponents by 16.3 points per game in the lane, the best paint differential for any major conference team.

SMU allows 20.9 points per game in the paint, fewest in the AAC and second-fewest among major-conference teams. (Virginia leads at 20.8.) The Mustangs outscore their opponents by an average of 13.9 points per game in the paint, the best differential among major-conference teams. SMU is 1-4 against the Sagarin top 25 and 4-6 against the top 50.
