The Coogs' only road AAC win was.....at USF (67-58). Don't mess this game up today. We want to beat a ranked team on the road.

If any fan base should know better you'd think it'd be us. But I guess not. I cringed every post I read where "we'll win by 20," or "Temple is terrible." Karma sucks sometimes. Maybe we'll learn at some point. This isn't C-USA. Temple is down but they are still Temple. They have quality players and it's in their building.

Yep, you are/were right. And if we hit FTs and got maybe just 2 more offensive rebounds we win. But I give them credit. They executed when they had to and we didn't. Bottom line.

Take it out on the Coogies at home. They are also very athletic and we will have to execute to beat them.

Temple is terrible! There is no way around that, but we are not there yet either. The silver lining to today is that I will now have us as a one and done in the NCAA tournament if we are lucky enough to get there. We simply can't get it done away from Moody. Hopefully, next year we win these games.

Today felt like the bad old days. Couldn't do anything right. Games like this happen.

Again, Temple is NOT terrible. They have no depth. Their five starters are quality players. Very similar to us last year. If we had been in this conference last year, we could've easily been 1-10 at this point. If they had a couple of quality reserves, they would be in the top half of the AAC this year.

We a good defensive team but overall we are not that athletic. We have more athletic players coming though.

I know their starting 5 can compete, but they have no bench and every other team in this league has managed to outlast them. Somehow we did not. That does not take away from the fact that as a team, Temple is terrible this season. Accept it, realize we are not good enough to coast and build on it. Clearly, they learned nothing from the loss to USF. If they did, then they seemingly forgot it after beating Cincinnati.

Not true. Nic getting in early foul trouble really hurt the momentum. Also, Temple's game plan was adjusted after they played us. Remember Cincinnati barely beat Temple at their home 80-76. After a football loss you seem to be on the sunshine side but after a basketball loss you have ragging on the team like a hater.
