The crowd spurred that 7-0 run. That was amazing. Who decided to flip the switch?

No kidding. The Mob and the rest of the students were great.
The crowd pulled this team back into the game and then exploded when we hit big shots to go into the lead.
The very definition of a home court advantage.

The crowd in the 2nd half was as good as any crowd at an SMU sporting event I've ever been to, students included. How anyone can complain about tonight is beyond me.

Imagine what we could do if everybody was there at the tip.

What a fun second half though!

i would go as far as to say the crowd actually won this game, especially the students. Never gave up on them, and when the first cracks showed up in temple they exploded on them. THe temple body language was very telling - that game was over when we were still down by 6 - temple just knew it was coming.

Crowd was awesome tonight. Complain about juice boxes or something.

agree. It was dead for most of the game and I was pretty worried. But then I was physically tired and out of breath after jumping and yelling for the whole last part of the game. (maybe I need to start working out again)

The crowd willed them in the second half.
Agree that it was like someone flipped the switch and suddenly the entire place was on fire out of nowhere.
Once Temple was forced to take a timeout during the first run, I knew we would pull it out because they looked rattled.

Give the guy a break...it's a Triangle...what did you expect? 8)
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

ESPN actually themed their whole game story around the late arriving crowd complete with quote from Ryan about the first half reminding them about "old" Moody.
