i think it is fine to open it up - and think we should, but i would do so only for students or grad students. you don't want a mob full of opposing fans.

J term started Monday so there should be a larger student crowd for cincy

Almost anyone who goes to Kansas lives in Kansas. And they are at least 4X the size of our student body.

Most Kansas students are Kansan-they could drive to the game and be home for 10:00 O'clock news

The following email was sent to Mob members today (emphasis is my own) Thank you for picking up a ticket to Thursday’s men’s basketball game vs. Cincinnati. Tip-off is at 6 PM and the game will be televised on ESPN.
We are asking all fans to please arrive early and be in their seats for team introductions. 15 minutes prior to tip-off, if section 112 is NOT full, we will invite students in other sections to fill in. Please make sure you get there early to support your #15 Mustangs!
If you have any friends or family who are interested in tickets, we will have a limited number of standing room only tickets available for $10 with a SMU ID/$20 without. Please visit the SMU Ticket Office between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
Thank you for your continued support of SMU Basketball and get ready to get loud!
