Houston on Saturday?

1) Drive from San Antonio to Houston
2) Eat at Kenny & Ziggy's
3) Go watch #19 pound the community college in the dump.
4) Turn around and drive back to SA.

Not a bad Saturday...

Can't beat $11.00 all in for relevant college basketball game.

Well I know I was overlooking Tulane and regret it. I was sitting at Moody at halftime like what is happening.. but we won. Now onto UH.

I am partly relieved we had a tough game, because maybe it will refocus the guys. Bad news is we looked gased at the end of that game and will not get much rest. UH on the other hand is coming off a week break. We get a much need week off before UConn, which I think will help us finish strong, but for Saturday we are gonna get UH best shot and best home crowd of the year. Should be a great game, but we need to get back to SMU basketball and hope we can gut out a win like we did at UCF before a week off.

Don't worry about the short turn around vs UH having a week off. If it were the other way around we would be worried about rust. These guys are young and strong and can take it.

The last thing Jank said in his radio interview postgame was he hopes fans can get down to Houston and he joked about getting some buses for people.
I hope the SMU alums in Houston turn out and as many folks as possible get down there and show up in blue.
