Best thing about the game with McNeese? They went to a zone to shut down our inside game and we killed them in the second half with our outside shooting. Gents, that's how you win games.....

Great post carolsmu. That couldn't be said better. Coach Doherty has embraced these guys as if they if he recruited them and that is the first step to success when taking over a program. He is going to recruit very good players but the best recruiters are his own players. When recruits come on visits the current players will sell the coach and program because they have had a good experience. If they have a bad experience watch out because months or years of work can go down the drain when players that have no respect for the coach and program bash it.
