how is orsini supposed to make all of the changes? he's not cuban in that he can pour his billions of dollars into making everything better. orsini has hired a coach to hopefully help win some games. and until they win, no one is going to spend money to buy tickets or give to the mustang club.

plus, i have to believe that orsini doesn't come up with everything on his own (marketing, game-day presentation, halftime shows, etc.), so who is making these decisions?

why is there half the staff of every other top-25 team out there? would this actually help? probably. more people, more ideas, better overall experience.
