If anything, it's kind of worrisome. The silver lining is that the opponent is SMU. Just trying to be honest and open in the forum.

Ford has easily 3 of the top 50 players in all of college basketball and he led them to 8th place in the Big XII, I don't know why anyone would want to go play there.

Not going to hold my breath for SMU 2 B10 to happen. Quick wikipedia shows only 2 member schools with enrollment under 30,000 and only 1 private school. not sure if we fit the profile. though if we could kill it in basketball for a few years, there's a certain conference on the atlantic coast full of small private schools that I wouldn't mind joining

Well the thing is, I think the Big10 is more likely to diversify and be OK with a school like SMU, opposed to the ACC already private heavy. Who knows though. I'd prefer the PAC personally to them all.
