I maybe wrong, but I believe the owners as a group can replace the Commissioner. They do vote on his salary and bonus. Anyway, the three Cowboys do work for Jerry.

Actually, Garrett, Romo and Whitten are there to receive coaching from Duke's football coach--a private QB clinic, not to help Duke in their recruiting.
