Almost all that they are admitting to are misdemeanors where statue of limitations had run out. Bigger legal payday for mom of the year candidate.

Shout out to the Arkansas Democrat Gazette sports columnist, Wally Hall. I have some issues with his writing but today not only calls for Pitino to step down or be fired but also correctly cites that although Larry Brown was said to not be aware of a single SMU violation of a much lesser level that he was suspended for several games since the head coach is held responsible.

It's beginning. The Louisville CJ had an article today about how the SEC coaches are surrounding Pitino and saying that there is no way that could know everything that was going on, so it wasn't really his fault.

Why are these coming out now? Write tell all book. Go on talk shows. Pitino denies it, people buy book. Momma goes to the bank. $100 doesn't buy silence. And of course the SEC coaches are going to defend Pitino because if he goes down (no pun intended) they will go down sooner or later for whatever sins their sports committed (and I suspect Ricky has a file on each of them).

So, if Syracuse claims they can appeal based on SMU ruling...if they don't hold Pitino accountable what are our options?
