Although we looked very sloppy down the stretch, I'll take a 14 point lead at half.

SMU started halftime about 5 minutes early there, hard to believe they went that long without scoring against that team.

Doh will have plenty to yelll about at least, lets come out in the second half like we did in the first.
Probaly won't happen...BUT...maybe it will!!

We have plenty of business talking about attendance. Tulane's attendnace for both football and basketball (actual, not paid) are much much worse than SMU's.

whatever, they both suck

We turned it over too much, went scoreless for the last 5 minutes of the half, and we still are up by 14. You HAVE to like our chances.

A Houston fan I know counted every Tulane fan at the Houston @ Tulane football game. There were less than 200 (2nd quarter). There's a picture floating around somewhere. Tulane reported the attendance at something like 25,000.

I'm a pretty big Tulane fan (my biggest wish is that we were #1 in conference and they were #2), but their attendance sucks.

i am really finding these "no blood no foul" refs refreshing. Granted, they are probably letting a few too many calls go, but this is much more preferable than blowing the whistle every 20 seconds like so many of these C-USA clowns like to do.

For Homers, these announcers are not bad, they are entertaining, and are always good about calling out who gets the scores, the boards, the fouls, the steals, the TOs, and the subs.
