Wonder how the Rice Fr is handling the meltdown back in his home land?

Samarrippas once again showing he can run this offense. Good 1st half with 5 assists to only 1 turnover

Nice finish after a weak start. Like the Dia has not picked up another foul and we have taken the lead with him on the bench fair amount.

Rice announcer: "SMU's offense is so good and when they get on a roll, there is no one that can stop them" :)

How long has it been since we heard that?

Of course, we need to execute and hold on. I don't really have a problem with SMU's slow start today, we were on the road, Rice came out pumped up. Key is, we did not get rattled and just stuck with the game plan.

Need that good second half.

Damn this is fun!
Probaly won't happen...BUT...maybe it will!!

Slow starts on the road are pretty much expected, so that didn't bother me.
Loved the way we cranked up the offense in the final minute, with the 3 pointers starting to fall.

nice comeback to take the lead at half. Rice dance squad is pitiful.

keep Dia out of foul trouble. The Iranian has only a few points - He seems to only have the turn and shoot in the block move today and we strip it or block him.

Hello sexy mustang hoopers
“When I first committed to SMU, I thought it would take a couple of years of building. But with these players coming in, we should make a run. We have a lot of heavy hitters. It could get real ugly for a lot of teams we play.”- Jalen Jones

This is the same announcer who did the SMU/Rice FB game and left viewers with the impression that Rice was a dominant force in C-USA
