So they sue claiming academic fraud for failing to provide a meaningful education?
I guess while they were students, the advisors, coaches or someone told them to sign up for the "athletic" majors, no need to go to class, papers and test will be taken care of for you. These two at the time said, ok. If they were so concerned about their education maybe they should have paid a little more attention and taken it a little more serious when they attended UNC.

North Carolina better hope this gets thrown out on preliminary motion (failure to state a claim or special exceptions) before discovery. This could send a chill up the spine of a lot of administrators
