Brown and KF will both start next year... PG: Moore SG: KF SF: Brown PF: Moore C: Kennedy Tolbert, Semi, Gu and the freshman will come off the bench.
I miss Troy Matthews.

We are going to ask for a lot out of Ben Moore next season. I hope he spends this off-season working on his post moves and jumpshot. He needs to be way more assertive offensively and work on his touch around the rim. He needs to jump from 7.1 ppg to 11-12 ppg. Also, a 44% FG for a power forward is horrible.
I miss Troy Matthews.

Can semi play PF? Don't know much about his game except that he's in athletic freak.

Semi is a SF. He shoots 3's too.

Semi has the same height as Ben, but both of them like to play on the perimeter more than in the post. Semi even more than Ben.

So sounds like Tolbert will be the only true post player next year if MK leaves.

That's such a ridiculous statement. We were a better team after he left because MK came back and changed everything. I do think Sterling is/was a better fit in the starting lineup in place of KF but to suggest Gu coming off the bench is better than KF in that role is insane. BTW, I don't think he will be back but if he is, he can be a valuable piece to next year's team.
Sterling is a better player and much more valuable to this team than Keith. Sterling playing more minutes once Keith was ineligible definitely helped us. Keith is a mediocre defender (although he improved in this area over his freshman year), and the notion that he's some offensive weapon is misguided IMO Sterling FG%: 52.5% Sterling 3pt%: 44.4% Keith FG%: 44.9% Keith 3pt: 33.3% Yes, you'd rather have had Keith out there over Emelogu this year, but Emelogu is a much better defender than Keith and when he's out there with other guys that could score (Nic, MK, Cannen) he wasn't a terrible liability. But gosh, we expected so much more from him based on his 2013-14 performance at VT. Looking forward, we might be better off in the long run having our two stud freshman guards, Milton and Barefield, get KF's minutes at the 2 spot if he's ineligible so they can develop and play Sterling at the 3.

Completely agree. Keith is a fine teammate, but his hoops IQ vs. Sterlings is night and day. I like Keith, think he's a very good teammate, but some of you are still in love w/the idea of Keith, not what he actually is as a player

I'd expect that, but that doesn't mean we're better when he plays

After watching the tape, I expect opposing teams to consistently double MK down-low. The more shooters that you can surround him with, the better. Having NM, KF and SB on the three-point line for kickouts will be helpful as opposed to someone like Manuel or Gu, who can't shoot a lick.
I miss Troy Matthews.
