Good for him, and us, IMO.

Bottom line is we need bigs. Of course, if a top 100 guard wants to play here we'll gladly take them but I'm not going to lose any sleep over not getting him. We have Shake, Jarrey, possibly Gu, Wilson and McDowell already for next year. Sterling can also play anywhere from the 2-4. Definitely not a need. Plus, LB and staff are recruiting a few very talented guards in the 2017 class.

Exactly. In fact, I thought we were going to be a big crowded at the gaurd position if he signed

Makes sense. Three top scorers are guards... Two seniors and a junior. Grand-dad will be happy.

Our guards play defense. He was not qualified to wear the SMU uniform.

Best wishes to Austin and OU. With one child to provide for now, he has a lot on his plate. Maybe he ends up with a degree in oil field management and an oil tycoon! Never know.

At least the rent is cheaper in Norman.

Always better to stay away from players with kids. Didn't expect Grandstaff to have one...
