If somebody wants to daddy warbucks the swim team and we can't talk him into 1 or 2, then 3 becomes number 1.

Not on our freshmen dorm floor at Morrison; swimmers and FBers hung out and played games together. Recall one night Mike Mayes, Bobby Collier and I were playing spoons in the room across from the second floor kitchen room. Hayes grabbed a spoon and knocked the other spoon on the floor. I dove for it and got it. As I looked up Collier shoved the table which hit me in the forehead. Lost my eyesight in the right eye for about 30 minutes. Who needs swords when you have spoons.

As this is the basketball forum, the bball game with the most excitement I attended occurred in Jan. or Feb. '71 against Nebraska. At that time the SWC played a very physical brand of bball or as they called it "round ball". We had Gene Phillips and Nebraska was'nt very good however they did have a temper. After most of the north bleachers emptied out at Moody's, thank god for the FBers who brought peace to the floor.

Note that most ended up in med school or law school.

Most? Not sure about that. I think some were on the other end of the scale.

A decision to go to law school doesn't necessarily indicate good judgment...

Hey ponyscott, what does great to heart that mean? Have you taken or passed English? Can you complete a sentence without a grammar or spelling mistake?

that was kinda funny. i have a tendency to make a typo right after I correct someone else, so i quit correcting others.

either way, great to see all of this coming together on campus.

second and long - I don't know if you are correct on all these remarks about grammar errors. I may have to get that expert ( It is late and will check tomorrrow on the name) to verify your information.
