The bleachers are always only pulled out to three rows because when we put the new floor in the crazies who work in the athletic department forgot about pulling the bleachers out when they decided on the floor's placement

I saw that, but figured the department couldn't have been that short-sighted to forget to measure the available space when they bought the new floor.
